Job summary

IV Nutrition in West Chester, PA seeks a Clinic Director to lead operations, performance, sales, and clinical execution at one location. You will oversee client experience, revenue growth, membership sales, staff performance, and clinical quality.

This leadership-first role requires owning the business, driving results, developing your team, leading sales initiatives, retaining clients, and maintaining operational and clinical excellence in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required and BLS at a minimum.
• Experience leading clinics, teams, and sales initiatives.
• Clinical oversight and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic performance, finances, client experience, and team execution.
• Drive memberships, packages, and service promotions to grow revenue.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent client care and hospitality.
• Provide clinical guidance and enforce safety and policy standards.
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; manage performance.
