Job summary

Massage Envy Edina is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to partner with the Clinic Manager, lead the Front Desk Sales Associate team, and drive exceptional member experiences. You will support daily operations, guide staff, and help achieve membership and retail goals in a fast-paced wellness setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, coaching others, and maintaining a positive, professional clinic culture. Competitive starting pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Has previous leadership, supervisory, customer service, or sales experience.
• Massage Envy experience is highly preferred, or experience in a similar wellness, spa, salon, fitness, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Is a natural leader who motivates, coaches, and supports others.
• Leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Is confident handling difficult conversations with clients or employees in a respectful and constructive manner.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinic Manager to support the daily operations of the clinic.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Desk Sales Associate team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Help drive membership sales, retail sales, and key clinic performance goals.
• Lead by example by providing an outstanding experience for every member and guest.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching employees to help them grow and succeed.
• Support scheduling, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and operational tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Effectively resolve client concerns while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and therapeutic environment.
• Foster a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to the clinic's mission.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Clinic Manager is unavailable.
