Job summary

Integrative Health Center of Charlottesville is seeking a self-driven Assistant to oversee scheduling and daily operations for three red light therapy rooms and one Evolve body contouring room. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; all training provided by the office manager and owner.
• Some outside event marketing & social media marketing 1-2 times per quarter, usually on weekends.
• Ability to promote health and wellness benefits of red light and evolve treatments.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
• Oversee and manage daily operations like answering phones, scheduling clients, and taking payments.
• Data entry of client records and maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of three red light therapy rooms and one Evolv body contouring room: schedules, treatments, and financial performance.
• Assist in promoting services and maintaining high standards for customer service, health and safety.
• Support office manager and team with daily tasks and events.
