Red Light Method is a cutting-edge wellness studio offering non-invasive fat loss, detox, body contouring, and skin health treatments using red light therapy and other technologies. We hire entry-level team members with full training and a complimentary service membership.

The Red Light Body Wrapper & Wellness Technician role delivers transformative client experiences, operating red light body wraps, Pilates reformer guidance, and multiple wellness devices in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience needed – full training provided.
• Paid 4-hour in-person training during trial date.
• Passion for wellness, beauty, fitness, or holistic health.
• Passion for loving people.
• Calm, friendly, able to learn names and make friends.
• Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
• Willingness to learn advanced equipment and treatment protocols.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Comfortable with physical activity and standing for extended periods and walking a lot.

Responsibilities

• Perform red light body wrap treatments according to training and protocol.
• Educate clients on the benefits of red light therapy and all services offered.
• Guide clients through digitally taught Pilates reformer sessions and provide support/setup.
• Operate Power Plate, far infrared sauna, and Styku 3D body scan equipment.
• Conduct initial consultations and help clients understand scan results.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Assist in client intake, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
• Promote treatment packages and upgrades (eligible for commission).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay up to date on wellness trends and service knowledge.

About Red Light Method

Red Light Method is a cutting-edge body wellness studio offering non-invasive treatments that promote fat loss, detoxification, body contouring, and skin health through innovative technologies like red light therapy and advanced fitness tools. We help clients look and feel their best using a science-backed, holistic approach that includes medical grade red light body wraps, digitally guided Pilates reformer workouts, infrared sauna therapy, Power Plate vibration sessions, and EWOT

We are currently hiring entry-level team members who are passionate about wellness, beauty, and fitness. We provide full training and a complimentary membership for all services - no prior experience required!

Position Overview

As a Red Light Body Wrapper & Wellness Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering transformative client experiences. You'll administer red light therapy body wraps and assist with other wellness services, including guiding clients through digitally-taught Pilates reformer sessions, operating the far infrared sauna, Power Plate sessions, and EWOT. You'll ensure clients are informed, comfortable, and motivated throughout their wellness journey.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform red light body wrap treatments according to training and protocol

• Educate clients on the benefits of red light therapy and all services offered

• Guide clients through digitally taught Pilates reformer sessions and provide support/setup

• Operate Power Plate, far infrared sauna, and Styku 3D body scan equipment

• Conduct initial consultations and help clients understand scan results

• Must be super positive and loves people

• Must be able to do 10,000 steps, lift, be on feet.

Qualifications

• We do a trial date first, its a paid 4-hour in person training, if folks do great they move on

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in fitness, wellness, esthetics, or spa environment

• Interest in body contouring, digital fitness, or health coaching

• Sales or customer service background
