Job summary

Relive Health East Rutherford is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (Client Advocate) to educate clients on wellness and regenerative services and to drive treatment plans. You will be the primary contact, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling personalized services while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of general sales experience; medical sales experience ideal.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and achieve company objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in unsupervised environments.
