Wellth Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Member Care Advocate to guide our members through the Wellth Rewards program, resolve technical issues, and connect them with healthcare resources covered by their insurance and providers.

This non-clinical role emphasizes proactive support, empathy, and problem solving to remove barriers to care. You will respond across phone, text, and email, assist with scheduling, access tools, and advocate for maximizing benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required in healthcare or related field.
• Ability to communicate empathetically across channels.
• Proficient with multiple tech tools and platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Willingness to work designated shifts 8:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM EST.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about Wellth Rewards program and assist with app issues.
• Help members access healthcare and schedule appointments.
• Assist with health plan tools and services.
• Advocate for members to access benefits.
• Re-engage members with app check-ins.
• Communicate across phone, text, and email with empathy.
• Escalate complex issues through appropriate channels.
• Provide feedback to improve member support strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
