One to One Health is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our care team at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, vendors, and other visitors to our wellness center.
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary.
• Answer the telephone and redirect calls to appropriate staff, and respond to voicemails promptly.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments using the EMR system.
• Register new patients and update necessary records.
• Distribute forms and ensure required fields are completed.
• Maintain spreadsheets and confidentiality of patient records.
• Keep waiting area calm, quiet, and welcoming.
• Uphold the center's positive reputation with friendly service.
