Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and clear them for club entry.
• Register members and guests for programs according to procedures.
• Carry out all point-of-sale transactions according to procedures.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages.
• Maintain information on club programs and services and promote them regularly.
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute towels; keep locker rooms stocked.
• Adhere to cash drawer policies and procedures.
• Report any facility or equipment repairs to supervisor.
