Job summary

West Tennessee Healthcare is seeking a member services associate to deliver outstanding customer service at the wellness facility in Jackson, TN. You will greet visitors, manage check-in, assist with locker rentals, and help schedule a range of wellness services and events.

You will also answer phones, provide program information, and support opening/closing procedures while maintaining knowledge of all center activities. An AED/CPR certification is required during orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• AED/CPR certification required during orientation period.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet each user by name when entering the facility and assist with check-in.
• Assist with locker rental, usage, and issues.
• Schedule personal training, massages, orientations, assessments, and lockers.
• Answer phones with a cheerful, professional greeting and address callers’ needs.
• Support opening/closing procedures and coordination of wellness center activities.
