Job summary

Windom Area Health's Wellness Center Attendant position is a part-time role focused on keeping equipment clean, preparing for classes and appointments, and assisting members with memberships and information.

You will greet members, provide tours, enforce center rules, and maintain a welcoming environment while performing basic data entry in Excel/Word. Evening and some weekend shifts apply; 0.3 FTE (12 hours/week).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• BLS certification due within 6 months.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers in Wellness Center rules to promote a safe, open and welcoming environment.
• Provide tours to new members to explain the fitness center operations, including sign up/checking in, entrance locations, towel usage, cleaning equipment, etc.
• Clean and maintain the Wellness Center and equipment to meet cleanliness standards and be visually appealing.
