Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio) is seeking a friendly, part-time health and wellness professional to assist members in achieving total well-being through engaging activities and guidance.

Shifts: Monday–Friday 9a–1p, Saturday 7a–11a and 11a–3p; you will help members, ensure safety, maintain equipment, and promote a positive exercise environment.

Job description

An out going, motivated, part-time health and wellness professional dedicated to helping health seekers of all ages reach their total well-being goals using fun and engaging strategies.

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday 9a-1p
• Saturday 7a-11a and 11a-3p

Starting Rate

• $11.30/hr

Qualifications

Candidate must be able to provide service to members in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes healthy member well-being and engagement

• Experience working with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions.
• Background in exercise science or related field preferred, but willing to train.
