York YMCA is hiring Part-Time Wellness Attendants to create a safe, welcoming environment in the Wellness Center. You will assist members on the fitness floor, help maintain equipment, and promote a positive experience for all who visit.

Under supervision, the attendant provides leadership, instruction, and motivation, supports mission and core values, and helps ensure quality services for members and guests. Training and certifications may be required within set timelines.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 16 years of age or older.
• CPR PRO/AED/First Aid certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist members to create a welcoming wellness environment.
• Support staff and members on the wellness floor and maintain equipment.
• Enforce center rules and promote safe, proper use of equipment.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report incidents as needed.
• Attend required staff meetings and participate in ongoing trainings.
