Responsibilities

• Greets gym members and completes a gym tour.
• Answer general gym questions for members.
• Clean facilities per checklist and sanitize rooms.
• Stock wellness supplies and cover front desk.
• Assist intake with filing, faxing, and mail.
• Answer phone professionally and route to staff.
• Assist therapists with patient care and supplies.
• Flag malfunctioning equipment per policy.
