Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Wellness Center seeks a friendly Wellness Center Ambassador to welcome patients and visitors at the Health and Wellness Center. You will greet guests, assist with wayfinding, and provide clerical support to ensure a positive, tailored experience.

The role involves checking in patients, helping with quick registrations or scheduling when needed, and maintaining a professional, courteous presence to support a cohesive patient visit environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least one year of working experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly resourceful, efficient, and organized with excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
• Computer skills.
• Past experience with Matrix reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet them upon arrival.
• Support wayfinding as needed for patients and visitors.
• Provide clerical support to ensure a positive and cohesive visit.
• Check in the patient or assist with quick registration or scheduling when required.
• Ensure the patient/visitor has a positive overall experience throughout their visit.
