Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Skilled at interpreting business metrics to drive decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll, and compliance.
