Job summary

PCRK Group- Massage Envy in Richardson, TX is seeking a driven General Manager to lead our Richardson location with heart and purpose. You will coach a team, drive sales and membership growth, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Lead by example, oversee operations, and foster a supportive, high-energy culture while delivering strong business results and a positive, wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and motivation to build cohesive teams.

Requirements
