Job summary

PCRK Group - Massage Envy in Dallas, TX is seeking a driven General Manager to lead a wellness-focused team. You’ll guide daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive sales, member growth, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, people-first culture.

You’ll report to the franchise leadership and benefit from leadership training, advancement opportunities, and a compensation package that includes base salary plus commissions/bonuses. This role emphasizes empowerment and client care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in spa/fitness/retail/hospitality.
• Strong focus on wellness and creating a positive environment.
• Excellent communicator and motivator.
• Skilled at interpreting business metrics.

Requirements

• Skilled at interpreting business metrics and using them to drive smart decisions.
