Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of case management experience preferred.
• Driver’s license with clear record; LMSW, LBSW, LMFT preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for client access to wellness services and resources.
• Provide behavioral health and wellness case management for CBP personnel.
• Maintain confidential case records and ensure follow-up.
• Conduct initial eligibility screening and provide referrals.
• Complete intake and case management with treatment plans.
• Deliver services via telehealth when required.
