Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer and scheduling software.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and scheduling hubs.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment between patients.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip rooms.
• Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for treatment.
• Assist practitioners with treatments, procedures, and exams.
• Record patient health history and SOAP notes for review.
• Create and disseminate superbills and charts as needed.
• Maintain productivity by communicating needs to practitioners.
• Anticipate practitioner and patient needs.
