Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a startup environment with hands-on commercial execution.
• 10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles, building revenue.
• Proven track record from < $1M to $50M+ revenue and exits preferred.
• Direct experience in health, wellness, CPG, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience across D2C and retail/wholesale channels.
• Willingness to operate hands-on in early stages; scrappy, resourceful mindset.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and strategic partnership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies across the brand portfolio.
• Own full P&L responsibility for revenue generation and top-line growth.
• Design scalable commercial playbooks for new brand launches.
• Lead due diligence and positioning for acquisitions or exits.
• Build and optimize omnichannel distribution and pricing strategies.
• Personally close early deals and establish revenue momentum in initial stages.
• Recruit, develop, and retain commercial talent as revenue milestones justify.
