Global Finishing Solutions LLC is seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer in Osseo, WI to shape the next growth phase. You will lead a cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Operations to drive sustainable, profitable expansion.

You will develop and execute strategic initiatives, strengthen distributor relationships, and implement world-class commercial operating disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-channel sales organizations.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, market share gains, and profitability.
• Executive leadership experience within industrial manufacturing or B2B environments.
• Expertise across sales, marketing, pricing, strategic accounts, and channel management.
• Strong financial acumen with investments, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Experience implementing CRM platforms and commercial operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy delivering above-market growth.
• Expand market share across Aerospace, Defense, Automotive Refinish, Industrial, and new markets.
• Build a high-performing commercial organization focused on accountability and customer success.
• Strengthen strategic customer and distributor relationships and key accounts.
• Establish CRM, forecasting, analytics, pricing governance, and performance metrics.
• Lead product commercialization with Engineering and improve customer experience.
