Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring in Missouri for a customer-focused sales position. We’re a leader in sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and wellness, seeking a fun, team-oriented individual to represent our brand and help clients find the right options.

You’ll work toward sales goals, provide friendly consultations, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. A high school diploma is required; 18+; training is available, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
