Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Missouri is seeking energetic team members to join our vibrant retail team. You’ll provide friendly consultations, help customers choose tanning, skin care, and wellness options, and meet daily sales goals.

No prior experience required, but reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends, are valued. Training is provided to help you grow with us and earn competitive pay with commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
