Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic, customer-focused sales associates in Missouri to join a growing team. You’ll meet and exceed daily sales targets while delivering friendly consultations on sunbed, spray tanning, skincare, and wellness options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
