Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Retail, customer service or sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on tanning, skin care and wellness options.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon and handle cash transactions.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily admin tasks.
