Palm Beach Tan is seeking motivated individuals to join our team at our Missouri locations. You will represent our brand with enthusiasm, deliver professional customer consultations, and drive sales for tanning and wellness services in a vibrant setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
