Trilogy at La Quinta is seeking a Wellness Attendant to assist wellness staff in delivering courteous service to members in the Wellness area. The role reports to the Wellness Director and involves front desk check-ins, maintaining equipment and spaces, and promoting wellness services.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a need for initiative, handling guest inquiries and ensuring a high standard of member experience. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years direct customer service and hospitality experience.
• 1-3 years wellness related work experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of fitness club operations.
• Strong customer service and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Numeracy skills for discounts, percentages, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to think independently and act with sound judgment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure BlueStar Experience by upholding standards and policies.
• Assist wellness staff in daily operations and front desk duties.
• Replenish towels and maintain wellness areas.
• Inspect, clean, and organize wellness spaces.
• Demonstrate use of wellness equipment and assist members.
• Check-in guests with exceptional service and handle inquiries.
• Provide feedback on customer satisfaction to managers.
• Promote wellness services and products to members and guests.
