Job summary

BLUESTAR RESORT & GOLF is seeking a Wellness Attendant to assist the Wellness staff in delivering courteous service to members in the Wellness area. This role reports to the Wellness Director.

You will work as part of a team handling daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inspections, stocking, and communicating maintenance needs while ensuring a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years direct customer service & hospitality experience required.
• 1-3 years wellness-related work experience preferred.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable in fitness club operations.
• Skilled in attentive customer service and calmly responding to guest concerns.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, portions, and percentages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff, guests, and community association.
• Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the BlueStar Experience by adhering to BlueStar Resort & Golf standards and policies.
• Operate as part of a team handling daily operations, including opening/closing, inspections, and stocking.
• Replenishes towels in Wellness areas.
• Inspects, maintains, cleans and organizes wellness areas.
• Demonstrates function of Wellness equipment and proper use.
• Welcome and check-in members and guests at the front desk with exceptional service.
• Provide feedback to managers on customer satisfaction and concerns.
• Develop knowledge of Wellness services/products and promote them to members and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
