Job summary

Monadnock Food Co-op in Keene, NH is seeking a Wellness Associate to help customers discover wellness paths, stock and organize supplements, and promote a holistic approach in a fast-paced, community-focused store.

You will answer questions, share product information across Wellness categories, and assist the Wellness Buyer with purchasing and inventory management. This is a part-time, on-site role with weekend availability and starts at $17/hour, with experience-based enhancements.

Qualifications

• Must have good work ethic and superior customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a wellness department is highly preferred.

Answer customer questions and provide product information within all areas of Wellness (supplements, herbs, CBD, health and beauty aids). Assist the Wellness Buyer with purchasing and inventory management. Previous experience working within a wellness department is highly preferred. Must have good work ethic, superior customer service skills and the ability to work independently with speed and accuracy. This position is physical, including the requirement to stand, lift, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb and balance.

The purpose of this position is to assist the Wellness Supervisor in stocking and promoting Wellness products (supplements, herbs, health and beauty aids) to meet objectives for sales, margin, inventory turns, labor and customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
