Job summary

Monadnock Food Co-op in Keene, NH is seeking a Wellness Associate to help customers discover wellness paths, stock and organize supplements, and promote a holistic approach in a fast-paced, community-focused store.

You will answer questions, share product information across Wellness categories, and assist the Wellness Buyer with purchasing and inventory management. This is a part-time, on-site role with weekend availability and starts at $17/hour, with experience-based enhancements.

Qualifications

• Must have good work ethic and superior customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a wellness department is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and provide product information in Wellness (supplements, herbs, CBD, health/beauty aids).
• Assist Wellness Buyer with purchasing and inventory management.
• Stock and promote Wellness products to meet sales and inventory goals.
