Job summary

TerrAscend Corp. operates its SoMa dispensary in San Francisco, CA, and is seeking a Wellness Associate to provide compassionate customer service and assist patients with cannabis product recommendations. You’ll handle product selection, dosing, and administration guidance while maintaining accurate POS records.

The role is on-site at the San Francisco dispensary; you’ll work with a diverse team and support inventory management and data logging. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Our next Full Time Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

To Be Blunt

You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service our patients with care and efficiency.

One minute you will be educating a customer on the benefits of a Kind Tree product

The next minute you will be receiving a new inventory shipment

And the next minute logging sales data into our POS and tracking systems.

Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization

Where you’ll be planted

This position will be on-site in our San Francisco (SoMa) Dispensary located at 527 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94105
