Job summary

The Apothecarium in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood is seeking a Full-Time Wellness Associate to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to our patients and customers at our on-site dispensary.

You will help patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, discuss products, effects, potency, dosing, and methods of consumption, and log sales data into our POS while maintaining inventory with strong situational awareness in a diverse team.

Our next Full Time Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

To Be Blunt

You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service our patients with care and efficiency.

One minute you will be educating a customer on the benefits of a Kind Tree product

The next minute you will be receiving a new inventory shipment

And the next minute logging sales data into our POS and tracking systems.

Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization

Where you’ll be planted

This position will be on-site in our San Francisco (SoMa) Dispensary located at 527 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94105

$19.75 - $19.75 an hour

Working Conditions:

• This position may require the ability to perform essential functions that include, but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Team members may need to lift and move items, e.g., product packages, display cases, cash registers, or inventory boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• The role may also require visual abilities to accurately handle transactions, verify product information, and maintain inventory, as well as manual dexterity for handling cash, operating point-of-sale systems, and organizing products. Employees may be required to remain on their feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand or arm movements with or without reasonable accommodation.
