Job summary

A Friendswood, TX practice is hiring a part-time NP or PA to lead testosterone optimization, weight loss, peptide therapy, and men's wellness. You’ll treat a mostly male patient base with thorough evaluations and education. A care coordinator handles pricing, so there’s no selling.

• Order and interpret labs and adjust treatment plans
• Build individualized plans and explain them clearly to patients
• Monitor progress and flag inadequate response to treatment
• Keep documentation complete and on time

A growing hormone optimization and wellness practice in Friendswood is hiring a part-time NP or PA to lead its clinical care. You'll treat a primarily male patient base with testosterone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, men's wellness, and vitamin therapies. Patient volume is kept manageable, so you have time for thorough evaluations and education. A care coordinator handles all pricing conversations, so there's no selling. You'll work 3 to 4 days a week with MA, front-office, and Medical Director support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient consultations, physical assessments, and follow-ups
• Treat patients for testosterone optimization, peptide therapy, weight loss, and men's wellness
• Order and interpret labs and adjust treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license
• Board-certified FNP or AGPCNP, or licensed PA
• 2+ years of NP or PA experience in hormone optimization/TRT (RN experience does not count)
• Active DEA registration (renewal covered if lapsed)
• Comfortable discussing testosterone, men's wellness, and elective treatments openly

Schedule & Compensation

• $65-$75+/hour + performance bonus
• Tue 8-5 | Wed 9-6 | Fri 7-4 | Optional Monday admin time if needed
• No weekends, holidays, or call | Fully onsite
