NPHire in Friendswood, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support men seeking energy and confidence through testosterone optimization and medically guided care.

Work 3 days onsite on a part-time schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call, and earn $65–$75+ per hour plus a performance bonus as you conduct thorough evaluations, review labs, and educate patients.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license is required.
• FNP or AGPCNP board certification, or licensed PA is required.
• At least 2 years of NP or PA-level TRT experience is required.
• Active DEA registration is required; practice assists with updates/renewals.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead consultations and follow-ups across hormone, weight loss, and peptide therapies.
• Review labs and adjust treatment as results come in.
• Create personalized plans based on symptoms, history, and exam findings.
• Educate patients on benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with MAs, front office, and Medical Director.
• Mentor clinical staff as the practice grows.
