Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license required.
• 3–5 years advanced clinical practice experience; RN experience alone not counted.
• Clinical background in functional medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, or primary care.
• Active DEA certificate and Controlled Substance Registration.
• No current or pending malpractice matters.
• Strong consultative and patient education skills; leadership presence.

Responsibilities

Join a longevity and wellness clinic in Houston as Clinic Director, a hybrid clinical and leadership role earning $65-75 per hour plus monthly and yearly performance bonuses, starting at 2-3 days per week with a defined path to full time as the practice grows. Now in its second year, the clinic is still taking shape — you'd carry the patient panel, own the treatment protocols, and set the clinical standard the rest of the team follows, working alongside medical assistants and front desk staff under the supervision of a collaborating physician. The clinic serves a primarily male membership focused on hormone health, weight management, sexual wellness, and longevity. You'd be practicing at the front edge of men's health — testosterone replacement, peptide therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and sexual wellness treatments — well beyond the scope of standard primary care.

Key Responsibilities.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, review medical histories, and order/interpret diagnostic testing.
• Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe hormone replacement therapy under physician supervision.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans across hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and longevity protocols.
• Administer sexual wellness treatments (GainsWave, P-Shot, Trimix) and intramuscular, vitamin, and PRP injections.
• Perform follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients on treatment options and guide them through care decisions.
• Lead the clinical team, coordinating with medical assistants and front desk staff to maintain patient flow and clinic standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.

Required Qualifications.

• Active Texas NP or PA license, with FNP, AGNP, or PA-C certification.
• 3-5 years of advanced practice clinical experience (RN experience does not count toward this — not a fit for new graduates).
• Clinical background in functional medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, primary care, or a related field.
• Active DEA certificate and Controlled Substance Registration in good standing.
• No current or pending malpractice matters.
• Strong consultative and patient education skills — guiding patients through treatment decisions is central to this role.
• Leadership presence, since you'll be setting the standard the rest of the team follows.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, concierge-style environment.
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend shifts, and willingness to move to full time as the practice grows.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Direct experience with testosterone replacement therapy and hormone optimization.
• Background in concierge, cash-pay, or membership-based medicine.
• Experience with peptide protocols, medical weight loss, or aesthetic services.
• Prior clinic leadership or practice management experience.

Compensation and Benefits.

• $65-75 per hour, plus monthly and yearly performance-based bonuses and commissions.
