Job summary

NPHire in Friendswood, TX is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to own the clinical experience. You will lead testosterone optimization, medically guided weight loss, sexual health, peptide therapy, and vitamin and performance therapies for a primarily male patient base.

You'll work onsite with MAs, front-office staff, ownership, and a Medical Director, with real time for evaluations, lab review, and education.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license.
• Board-certified FNP/AGPCNP, or licensed PA.
• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in hormone optimization/TRT.
• Active DEA registration.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable discussing testosterone, sexual health, weight management, and elective treatments candidly with patients.
• Clear communicator on benefits, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient consultations, physical assessments, and follow-up visits.
• Evaluate and treat patients for testosterone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and sexual health.
• Order and interpret labs, adjusting treatment plans as results come in.
• Build individualized plans from symptoms, history, labs, and exam findings.
• Monitor progress and flag concerns or inadequate response to treatment.
• Keep documentation complete, accurate, and on time.
• Collaborate with MAs, front office, ownership, and the Medical Director; mentor clinical staff as you grow.
