Job summary

True Test is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Texas clinic. This part-time role is on-site Monday–Friday, with compensation between $65 and $80 per hour.

Responsibilities include patient consultations, treatment planning, and adhering to our hormone optimization protocols. The ideal candidate holds a Texas medical license, has 1–2 years NP experience, and may assist with IVs and phlebotomies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Nurse Practitioner experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with hormone optimization or med spa is a plus.
• Active Texas medical license and compliance with state scope of practice.
• May oversee IVs and therapeutic phlebotomies.
• Clear disciplinary history is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinic procedures following True Test protocols to provide safe, effective treatments.
• Carry out patient service cycle with consultations and follow-up treatment plans.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed.
• Participate in and lead training for clinic procedures and staff.
• Collaborate with Clinic Owners/Management on employee relations and reviews.
• Retain and store client medical records per state regulations.
