Job summary

Fervo Energy seeks a Well Stimulation Support Reservoir Engineer to lead the interface between reservoir and completions teams, design stimulation treatments, and analyze reservoir performance to improve capital efficiency across the project portfolio. The role requires flexibility for after-hours calls and reports to the Asset Reservoir Engineering Lead in the Geoblock Factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
• 3+ years of hydraulic fracturing engineering experience.
• 1+ years field experience in oil and gas or geothermal operations.
• Knowledge of geomechanics and thermodynamics.
• Knowledge of multistage fracturing in horizontal wells.

Responsibilities

• Interpret stimulation data to inform completion design decisions.
• Analyze production, injection, and diagnostic data to support design updates.
• Lead data collection and analyze field data for real-time decisions.
• Develop and implement stimulation trials and field testing programs.
