Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Engineering Technician for Well Services at Spring, TX. You will coordinate well servicing and workover projects, manage rig scheduling, and maintain WellView data. The role requires 2+ years in well operations and strong Excel/data skills.

The position supports field operations, engineering, and leadership, with 5/2 schedule (Mon–Fri, 8 h/day) and travel as needed. A longer-term, hands-on role in Bakken operations is described.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in well servicing or oilfield operations.
• Experience using WellView, preferably supporting workover activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track well servicing and workover projects from planning through execution.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize rig schedules; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely entry, validation, and maintenance of WellView data.
• Analyze performance data and create routine and ad hoc reports for management.
