Job Title: Engineering Technician - Well Services
Compensation: $50/hr
Location: ExxonMobil Campus, Spring, TX 77389
Schedule: 5/2, Monday-Friday; 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Core hours are 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., with flexibility to start earlier or finish later to complete 40 hours.
Travel and Reimbursement: Occasional business travel, approximately 2-3 field visits per year. Required work travel is reimbursable with receipts, including mileage at $0.93/mile, hotel, airfare, and meals. Daily commuting mileage and day-to-day allowances are not expected or reimbursable.
The Engineering Technician supports the Well Servicing organization through project coordination, rig scheduling, operational data management, reporting, and field support activities. This role serves as a liaison between field operations, engineering, and leadership to ensure accurate well servicing data, efficient resource utilization, and timely project execution.
