Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Engineering Technician - Well Services to support the Well Servicing organization with project coordination, rig scheduling, and data management. The role involves ensuring accurate well servicing data, efficient resource use, and timely project execution on Bakken operations.

The position focuses on workovers and plug drilling, with responsibility for rig scheduling, WellView data, and AFEs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting well servicing, workover, drilling, or oilfield operations.
• Experience using WellView, preferably supporting workover activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track well servicing and workover projects from planning through execution.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and operational performance metrics.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and project documentation.
