Job summary

Asbury Communities seeks a Well-Being Professional (Wellness Professional) at Bethany Village. This PRN, part-time role designs and conducts fitness and wellness programs for senior residents, tailoring activities to individual needs.

You will lead classes such as strength training, balance, aerobics, and aqua aerobics, ensuring safety and motivation while fostering a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor degree or credits toward degree in related field preferred.
• Certifications or specialized training in senior fitness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fitness and well-being programs for senior residents.
• Lead exercise classes: strength, balance, aerobics, aqua aerobics.
• Provide guidance on form, safety, and motivation during sessions.

Schedule & Compensation:

• PRNPosition
• Hours: Between 7:30am - 4:00pm (flexiblehours/days)
• $20.50/hour

• Design, plan, and implement fitness and well-beingprograms tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents.
• Conduct exercise classes, including but not limited to strength training, balance exercises, aerobics, aqua aerobics
• Provide individual guidance and support to residents to ensure proper form, safety, and motivation during classes and exercise sessions for all residents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field, or credit hours toward a degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications or specialized training in senior fitness is preferred.
