Job summary

Asbury Communities’ Bethany Village is seeking caring nursing assistants to support residents with daily living activities and transportation to appointments in a compassionate team setting.

You will monitor health needs, assist with mobility, and respond to call lights promptly, ensuring residents receive safe, respectful care. Competitive starting pay and shift options are offered, with daily pay and weekend premiums available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a genuine passion for providing compassionate care to older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Hours & Pay - Just Right for You!

• Full Time: 3rd shift


• Daily Pay available - because life doesn't wait for payday!


• $16.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff

OR

• Full Time: Weekender- Every Sat and Sun 7am-7pm + 1 shift on Thursdays (2nd shift)


• $16.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff + $5.00 Premium Differential


• Minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 36 over the course of a weekend


• 3 non-consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six-month period.
