Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and associated well-being initiatives. This role serves as a consistent point of contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and workforce engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a current clinical license, 5+ years of clinical experience, and strong experience with virtual presentations, content development, and training

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences.
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications.
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content.
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives.
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination.
