Job summary

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in the United States, is hiring for a permanent full-time welding and labor role in Lexington, KY. The position supports erecting precast wall panels as part of a welding crew, with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and safety gear reimbursements.

Qualified candidates will have welding experience, potential AWS 3G/4G certifications, and 2+ years in construction or manual labor.

Qualifications

Welding experience is required; AWS 3G and 4G certifications are preferred.
Two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform welding and general construction labor to erect precast concrete wall panels.
Complete welding assignments safely and efficiently as part of an erection crew.
Follow work direction from the detail or erection crew foreperson.
Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
