Graepel North America in Omaha, NE is seeking a skilled Welder to setup, operate, and maintain welding equipment including robots and spot welders to manufacture parts per drawings. This full-time role requires reading blueprints, setting up fixturing, and maintaining quality with a focus on zero-defect parts.

The position requires at least 1 year welding experience, knowledge of WPS procedures, ability to read drawings, and forklift operation. AWS certification is a plus.

Competenze

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in welding preferred.
• At least 1 year welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings.
• AWS certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and metal fabrication machinery.
• Experience setting up weld stations and GMWA welding skills.
• Ability to use direct reading measuring devices.

Mansioni

• Operate welding equipment and robot welder.
• Set up fixturing and work areas for zero-defect parts.
• Grind parts to specification with manual/power tools.
• Provide regular maintenance on welding equipment.
• Work a regular schedule as determined by supervision.
