Job summary

You will follow standard work and welding procedures, support basic robot operation, and contribute to TPM and safety initiatives. Overtime may be required; the job requires physical capability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to follow standard work, training guides, and weld procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding tools (wire welder, plasma arc, cutting torch) and hand tools.
• Read drawings, blueprints, and heat numbers as applicable.
• Follow standard work, training guides, weld procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• May operate robot: loading/unloading parts, starting/stopping, TPM duties, notify supervisor if welds are out of tolerance.
• Perform basic problem solving and decision making.
• Follow build boards and Kanban system requirements.
• Report inconsistencies or defects in material, product, or equipment.
• Make adjustments to fab parts for proper alignment.
