Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant professional or leadership experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of applicable experience.
• Substitutions listed may satisfy baseline requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and execute internal product training initiatives for customers and field support staff.
• Gather data to build curriculum and design course materials.
• Select instructional methods and manage production of training tools.
• Facilitate learning sessions and establish metrics to measure success.
• Collaborate with other technical subject matter experts as needed.
• Regularly update instructional content to stay current with training standards.

Welding industry experience

Education

Bachelor's degree + 6 years of relevant experience

Master's degree + 4 years of relevant experience

Apprentice School program

Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS)

Associate's degree + 2 years exempt experience or 4 years non-exempt experience

Military service at paygrade E-5 or higher

High school diploma or GED + 4 years relevant exempt experience

High school diploma or GED + 8 years relevant non-exempt experience
