Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of MIG/TIG welding experience in a fabrication, shipyard, or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to assess welders at varying skill levels.
• Strong knowledge of welding safety practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing welders.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations in classroom and production floor settings.
• Maintain training records and qualification documentation.

Skills

Education
