Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3 years exempt experience; Master's degree and 1 year exempt experience.
NNS Apprentice School graduate
High school and 5 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or other relevant non-exempt experience
Graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School
The following may be used as equivalent to the number of exempt years of experience required: 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience

Responsibilities

Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
Obtains information needed to prepare training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
